How it works

1. Apply online. Create an account and add your company profile, the areas you serve, the kitchen and bathroom work you want, and your license and insurance details.
2. We review your application. Our team checks the information you provide before your company can buy opportunities.
3. See matching opportunities. Homeowners confirm their phone number with a text code, and our team reviews each request before it's published. Before you buy, you see the project, the budget range, the timing and the general location.
4. Buy exclusively. Each opportunity is sold to one company only. When you buy, we place a hold on your card and ask the homeowner to approve your company.
5. Pay only on approval. If the homeowner approves, the charge goes through and you get their contact details. If they decline or don't answer in time, the hold is released and you aren't charged.

In-home estimate appointments

If you take appointments, set your weekly availability in the portal. Some opportunities come with an in-home estimate time already agreed with the homeowner, and only companies that are free at that time can buy them.

Pricing

There's no subscription and no sign-up fee. Every opportunity shows its price before you buy. If a lead turns out to be invalid, for example a wrong phone number, you can request a refund from the portal within the refund window shown on your purchase. Our team reviews every request.

What we ask of you

• Keep your business, license and insurance information accurate and current.
• Contact homeowners promptly and professionally once they approve you.
• Use homeowner details only for the project they asked about.
